This three-story home sits on a quiet cul-de-sac with gorgeous views of the surrounding White Mountains. It's the perfect place to leave your car behind, as you can easily stroll to the Waterville Valley Recreation Center (offering a gym, pickleball courts, and a climbing wall for a daily fee), the White Mountain Athletic Center (with pools, saunas, tennis courts, and a gym for a daily fee), the Town Beach at Corcoran Pond, and the Town Square. If you don't feel like walking, hop on the trolley to the Town Square or take the shuttle to the base of the mountain just over two miles north.After a beautiful day spent hiking or mountain biking (using the two adult-size bikes provided), come home to relax outside on the deck. Sit down with a good book in an Adirondack chair or get the gas grill going for a barbecue in the fresh mountain air.Evenings are best spent watching movies (on DVD, VHS, or streaming), playing board games, and listening to records as you prepare dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. Additional features of the house include two full bathrooms to pair with the two bedrooms, a private washer/dryer for all your laundry needs, window AC, and complimentary WiFi throughout.THINGS TO KNOWThis property is managed by Vacasa New Hampshire, LLC.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
