There is also a charcoal grill, and lawn furniture in hw fenced in yard.DirecTV, high speed wifi, dishwasher in Lower kitchen.Lower bathroom has walk in shower, Upper bathroom has tub and shower.Both apartment halves connect to allow passage up and down from inside. Each has it's own washer and dryer. Roku TV's in the bedrooms.Walking distance to the post office, parks, shopping, museum, bars and restaurants. I have had guests bring kayaks for nearby lake Erie, they've biked to work, it is close to most Monroe activities.30 miles from Detroit or Toledo OH, 45 miles from Ann Arbor MI, 30 miles to Canada. Close to Fermi, ProMedica, National Galvanizing and many local industries.
