NEW-2 Side by Side Lake Homes - Sleep 17, pet friendly and 2 private docks. About this space -Two side by side unique lake homes literally next door to each other divided by a driveway offer a great opportunity with friends & family to share spaces as well as having private time and space to relax. Both properties have private docks, outside grills and fire pits. Each house can seat 6-12 at dining table. Walton Lake is safe, clean and great for swimming, no motorized boats allowed on this lake. To better understand what each home is offering look at them individually on listing. First house (Cabin) is designed like an adult camp experience . The main house has one master bedroom and two sleeper cabins bedrooms. The house is like a tree house and does not have TV by design, rather it has a full set of screen doors on lake side for lake breezes and the sounds of nature . Can sleep up to 10. Second house (Lodge) is newly listed and was the original Osseo Lake Lodge but only small pieces of history remain in the art and furniture, as it was rebuilt to prefab "Octagon" house facing the lake. There is an air conditioner in the main great room , ceiling fans and screened patio doors will allow the lake breezes in. This house has and Comcast TV. Four bedrooms sleep up to 7 guest . Each house has many outdoor areas to play horseshoes , corn hole or just relax. Inside you can choose to play ping-pong, foosball and many board games.The guest will have full access to both houses and properties.The best pathway between the properties is actually from the front entrance as each property has many rocks and trees, we are located in an oak forest after all. I am happy a local guide book as well as leave one on my kitchen counter .
