It features 3 bedrooms (including loft), 1 1/2 half bathrooms with tile and a whirlpool tub, a large open loft/game/bed room complete with satellite TV, pool table, card table, Foosball, bar, dartboard and sitting area with futon. The home easily sleeps 6 and has a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room, indoor/outdoor gas fireplace, skylights, deck , two porches, gas grill and a full basement with washer/dryer, ping pong table, pinball machine and 2 car garage. The property is also very nicely landscaped with rock walls and a stream. The area is abundant with wildlife and outdoor activities! Its only minutes from Dixville Notch State Park and the Balsams Wilderness Resort, Androscogin River, Akers Pond and Lake Umbagog. Additionally, Grafton Notch State Park, Sunday River Resort and the Rangely Lakes Region in Maine are only a short drive away! There is direct snowmobile trail access and we are very close to ATV trail access!*All-Wheel Drive vehicles are necessary for winter travel!
