With myriad mom-and-pop shops tucked along a pedestrian-friendly and well-maintained main street, Chatham retains its unique allure among Cape towns. Head to the Main Street gazebo for summer concerts featuring local artists. The Cape Cod Baseball League boasts star collegiate players, and the Chatham Anglers are one of its top teams. Drive four miles east to Beachcomber Boat Tours where you can book seal-watching tours. Other great attractions include Brooks Park, Cranberry Valley Golf Course, Chatham Lighthouse, Monomoy National Wildlife Refuge, The Cultural Center of Cape Cod, and Nickerson State Park.This darling home offers great outdoor living with a picnic area that is perfect for lunch or dinner with loved ones - it will let you all enjoy the surrounding nature and breeze. There is also a gas grill for summertime cookouts and an enclosed outdoor shower that is perfect for washing off the sand from your beach adventures.Upon entering this idyllic retreat, you will find a bright open floor plan with high ceilings and skylights. The living area boasts cozy furniture and a TV with cable. For added entertainment, you will also find over 10 board games, plenty of books, and a Wii console. The kitchen has been remodeled and offers all the essentials to prepare exquisite homemade meals and beach snacks on the go. Attached to the kitchen is a screened porch area with a dining table.THINGS TO KNOWThe fireplace is not available. There is a Wii console. You need to bring your own games.The home does not have air-conditioning or heat. Polar fans are used in bedrooms.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
