Owners Share Why I Love My Home:I love the location - it's close to the bike path (1/4 mile), a great run to the beach - 1.5 miles for a quick morning swim and close to 3 centers. You can actually walk to a couple restaurants but yet you are far enough away from hustle and bustle to feel like you're "away from it all"!My home has some of the best natural lighting that I've ever scene in any home - its very comfortable and inviting with lots of space - indoors and out - to play and enjoy. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!Let Us Tell You About This Home:As you enter through the front door into a entry way, you immediately feel the welcoming warmth from this home. The main stair case to the second floor greets you and you can't help but notice the attention to details as your explore your new home away from home!To the Right is Bedroom #1 with a Queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with double sinks and jetted tub. This room has a flat screen TV and slimline A/C to keep you cool.To the left of the entry way is a large living room with cathedral ceilings with exposed beams and a ceiling fan. The large windows let in the natural light and offer a great view of the private yard with mature trees. The floor to ceiling fireplace is a unique feature in this living room. Newly renovated, this living room is the perfect place for the entire family to hang out and recap the day's events!The French slider brings you to the outdoor deck over looking the private back yard. The gas grill and plenty of outdoor seating is perfect for outdoor entertaining. Newly enclosed outdoor shower is a Cape Cod tradition - rinse off after a day at the beach! There's plenty of wood available for the fire pit for family fun after the sun sets on another wonderful Cape Cod day!Step down in to the open concept dining room/ kitchen with breakfast bar for 4 and Dining room table for 6. This large u-shaped kitchen with marble counter tops and newly painted cabinets is spacious for all to participate in creating memorable family meals - the double oven and center cooking range offer lots of cooking space. This area has a mini split A/C unit as well to keep you cool.Continue through the kitchen and step up into the mudroom where you will find Bathroom #1, a half bath with washer and dryer, coat closet and entrance to the secret back staircase to the upstairs master suite - be the first one to the kitchen every morning, no one will know how you got there so fast!Using the main stair case to access the second floor, take notice of the unique architecture in the fireplace to your left.Bedroom #2 at the top of the stairs has 2 twins beds , dresser and flat screen TV, double closets and a window A/C unit. Down the hall way on your right is Bathroom #2 with a full bath, tub and shower and a skylight for natural lighting. Across from the bathroom is Bedroom #3 with a king bed and double closets, a dresser and A/C unit to keep you cool. At the end of the hall is the entrance to Bedroom #4, the Master Suite with large his and her closets, ensuite bathroom with a large step up shower and an over sized skylight to let in the natural light. This bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV and A/C unit to keep you cool. You can exit this bedroom by the private stairs that will lead you into the downstairs mudroom.Spend time with the family at the fire pit roasting marshmallows and recap the day's adventures.
