This unit only has 1 private bedroom. If you are wanting to stay with more people, you would need to utilize the queen size pullout couch in the living room and/or blow-up air mattress.**BUSINESS PROFESSIONALS: Our lofts are located above a coworking space in downtown Effingham, ask us about a steeply discounted office pass when you stay with us!Parking is free in back lot and on street. Neighborhood is very safe and very walkable. This unit is not handicap accessible!Self-check in. Live close by so we are on call, text as needed.In the heart of a bustling downtown with Saturday farmers market, live music, a brewery, good restaurants, boutique shopping, a wine shop, and bars all within steps.Park right outside front or back door and walk all downtown. 10 minutes drive to lake Sara beach. 5 minutes or less drive to anywhere else in town.1 of 4 units in building. Tall original stairs to get to the apartment and no elevator. Sturdy handrail.Only 1 king bed and 1 room. We do have a queen pullout couch available for those who don't need their own room.
