One of the best lake locations - easy to get to and you are ON the lake with grass yard, deck and step down sandy beach. Near famous water sandbar (Near bridge) that you can take a short boat ride to and anchor for a fun afternoon. You also have use of the dock for the week and there are boat rentals across the bridge! Doesn't get any easier than that. SPACIOUS studio with full kitchen, dining and living area with beautiful new slider to waters edge. Gorgeous water views and direct lakefront! It is a great time during the summer on the lake but the fall is incredibly beautiful and there is so much to do including nearby hiking. The winter of course offers snowmobiling, skiing, cross country, snowshoe, tubing and other cold weather sports. For those of us that like to shop - the Tanger outlets are a mere 4 miles away! Funspot is nearby at Weirs beach and of course Meadowbrook for those outdoor concerts! And for those that like to Golf - there is Lochmere Golf course within a mile! Gunstock mountain is 15 - 20 minutes away for zip line, walking and tree top adventures. (Sledding and skiing during the winter)There is a fire pit available for your use for the cooler nights and roasting marshmallows! This is a duplex with sometimes owner occupied other side but it has it's own entrance and completely separate yard and parking etc...This unique waterfront property gives you flexibility and great options and features a tasteful open concept first level with a kitchen, dining, and living room (With open bedroom and pull out queen couch with upgraded mattress) and new slider leading out to a private yard.
