Large grass space, private dock with boat slip and swimming area across the street. Hiking trails directly behind the house (winter months, these are the state snowmobile trails)This home is also great for a family ski get away - Only 15 minute drive to Gunstock Ski Mountain and only 30- 45 minute drive to northern ski resorts. Owners have a small apartment above the detached garage on the property (separate from the house) . Often in the summer months they are there on the weekends to greet guests when they arrive. Lake Winnisquam is the fourth largest lake in New Hampshire, this lake is laid back, but big enough so you don't get bored yet small enough to keep the large yachts away.
