This vacation rental boasts a well-equipped, full kitchen, a dining table for meals or family board game nights, a fully-furnished sunroom for dining with a view, and two separate living areas. Step outside and explore the beautiful flower gardens complete with a koi pond, enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea in the gazebo, or slip into the soothing hot tub for the perfect afternoon at home. Additional features and amenities at this home include a workstation for your laptops in one of the bedrooms and a private washer/dryer to make it easy to stay on top of your laundry during your stay.Things to KnowCheck-in time: 4:00 p.m.Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.There are two additional rental units in separate buildings on site. Please be advised you will likely see and hear other guests while on the property.Please do not enter the pool area. The pool and pool area are reserved for guests of the two cottages and not available to main house guests.The loft and bunk bed ladders may be dangerous. Guests agree to use these at their own risk.The Tree House is off-limits to guests for any reason.Pack-N-Play available upon request.Electric vehicle charger available.The sub pump has been replaced with a quieter model.Winter parking may be limited to four cars due to snow. Additional parking in the upper dirt lot may be available on request including large vehicles.This property is managed by Vacasa New Hampshire LLC.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
