We have enough parking space for you to bring your boat!!One of the owners of the property lives at the top of the mountain and can be reached in the case of emergency. In all other instances, Ashley Is the property manager/ contact person to handle all your needs, requests, and answer any questions. She lives local and can be reached anytime. She loves to interact and meet new guest but won't impose on your stay.Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.The Lakes Region, particularly Gilford, is a remarkable getaway destination. Lake Winnipesaukee is a 4 minute drive from the house and guests have access to use the Private Town Beach. Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion is a 5 minute drive and Gunstock Mountain Resort is 2 miles from the house. Laconia is close by with great coffee spots and restaurants. As well as Weirs Beach. Guests will have access to the entire home along with the trails in the yard that bring you right to Gunstock.
