Play billiards in the game room, outfitted with a 42” TV and a gas fireplace. A kitchenette includes a wine fridge, bar seating for four, and helpful gadgets for preparing game-time snacks. KITCHEN & DINING Indulge your inner chef in the modern gourmet kitchen. A full suite of appliances includes a Viking six-burner gas range with double ovens. The sprawling granite island offers ample preparation space and seating for five. Share elegant meals at the table for 10. Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The primary suite has a California king bed and a TV. Sip morning coffee on the private balcony. The en-suite bathroom features a double vanity, a deep bathtub, and a walk-in shower. The spacious second suite has a king bed, a TV, and a private balcony. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The third bedroom holds a queen bed, a twin-size bed, and a TV. The fourth bedroom has a twin-XL-over-queen bunk bed, Queen bed and full bathroom . The guest bathroom includes a walk-in shower. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Sip drinks and take in lovely views of Lake Tahoe on the sprawling balcony, equipped with a gas fire-pit. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for two cars in the garage and two in the driveway are provided. This home has central air-conditioning on the entry-level floor only. Another added bonus is the home is equipped with a Recirculating hot water system! Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances (gas grills are ok). Pets are strictly prohibited due to the homeowner's health issues. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is not well-suited for loud celebrations. Please observe the mandatory, county-wide noise ordinance from 10pm - 8am.
