Living area includes a half bath along with a double sided fireplace, open beam ceilings with soffit lighting that opens to a private rear deck with BBQ. Downstairs is a game room with 2 guest bedrooms. One with private bath, one with additional hall bath both queen beds. Master bedroom with king bed is on a separate floor including a seating area, wet bar, fireplace and french doors opening onto a 3rd private deck. Master bath has creek and forest views along with limestone slab counters, heated limestone floors, steam shower and spa tub. Adjacent to the master is a large laundry room. Downstairs level has a Sundance Spa on private deck. This 3200 square foot home also has a 2 car garage.
