Snowmobiling can be found ten miles away at the Brockway Pass. Apres ski, make a fire in the wood burning fireplace for ambiance and warmth back on the lake. Summer months in Lake Tahoe are incredibly special and allow a variety of activities, including; golfing, hiking, biking, swimming, boating, paddle boarding, kayaking, zip lining and much more. This property boasts a lakefront private sandy beach with sun chairs, umbrellas and a barbeque. The greater Tahoe area is especially attractive for the avid golfer. There are numerous courses in the general area, ranging in degree of challenge and price. Smoking (of any kind) is strictly prohibited on the entire property. Pets are not allowed. Service animals with verifiable credentials or medallions are welcome. Property owner or representative will greet traveler upon arrival. The condo has a fully stocked kitchen. Towels and linens are provided. The unit has a washer and dryer. Other Things to Know:This community was developed in the late 1960s. This unit was renovated in the 1980s. While the unit is immaculately maintained, the decor is “Mountain dated”.
