😀 Cozy Adobe 😀 SLEEPS 7 Located in Pahrump, one hours drive from Las Vegas ) This Cozy Adobe has been in my family for over 20 years and has just been converted to a Vacation Rental. We have been in the Vacation rental business for several years now and pride ourselves on 5 star service with the easy and convenience of self check in and automated systems. This home has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, perfect space for business professional and families. We are a 35 minute drive to Front Site and a 40 minute drive to the gateway to Death Valley.We keep it VERY clean to ensure you have the best stay. Parking on site, kitchen is stocked with all essentials supplies to prepare meals.Something to note is that this property is located in a VERY rural area sure to this there is a lot of dust (a lot of dirt roads) and with the desert do come desert dwelling insects. We keep the property maintained with pest control and also keep some additional items under the kitchen sink. BBQ availableGetting AroundNo Public transportation or Uber 35 minute drive to Front Site and a forty minute drive to the gateway to Death Valley. 10 minute drive to the towns center and shopping.House Rulespet fee $100 must be prior approved guest responsible for ant damage done by the pet. pet fee $100 must be prior approved guest responsible for ant damage done by the pet. Smoking of any substance inside the house will result in a $250 cleaning feeNo fires outside. If the fireplace is used please close the flue after fire is out and before before resuming use of heaterQuite hours outside the house are from 10pm to 8am. Any violation of the House Rules may result in paying any fines to the city, or paying a $500.00 fee at guest expense, expulsion from the property and cancellation of the short term rental agreement without refundParties, events or pets are not allowed (Service dogs must have prior authorization, paperwork/ license required)A person over 27 must be making the reservation.If the Property has a Pool- You acknowledge there is no child protection fence around the swimming pool and you accept all responsibility for the safety of children.If the Property has a Pool- Glass is not allowed on the patio or near the pool. Reasonable care is taken to leave the house in the same condition you found it with regards to cleanliness, furniture placement and general household items and linens.Upon departure all trash and food will be removed and the house secured by locking all doors and windows and gates.Checkout is at 11:00am. To be respectful to our cleaning crew, If your group has not left the property by 11:01am, there will be an automatic $75 fine (immediate departure still required). To avoid this, if your group will require more time to depart please set up a late departure in advance. We hope you relax, sleep in a little more and enjoy the late checkout!Windows/door left open will incur a $1000 fine.Only small amounts of toilet paper down toilets. ABSOLUTELY **NO WIPES** TAMPONS OR ANYTHING other toilet paper. Doing so will result in a $1000 fine
