Situated for privacy on 40 acres with two other rentals and our personal residence. 1 bedroom with king bed, full bath with step in shower and jetted Jacuzzi tub. Full kitchen stocked with utensils, pans, dishes, and spices for your culinary needs. Queen bed in living space for extra sleeping needs. There is a washer and dryer. A fire pit with grill for a campfire or cooking over the open flame. There are mowed walking paths throughout the 40 acres for you to explore. There is also a fishing pond in the front yard. This is one of three rentals on the property. We are dog friendly and have a beagle, Waylon, that roams the property. No cats allowed due to owner allergies.
