This quaint cottage is surrounded by peach orchards and is in the heart of Palisade’s wine country. If you are looking for a unique wine country experience, this is the place for you!Plenty of parking with room for Trailers.Beautiful, private back yard with deck/patio, BBQ grill...surrounded by peach orchards.10-15 minute walk (5 minute bike ride) to several wineries, 30 minutes walk to downtownWe would love to have you stay with us and enjoy all Palisade has to offer.We try to keep our prices low so we only charge extra fees when you exceed the 6 person limit. The house will sleep 10 and we do allow extra guests for a $50/person/night fee if you notify us in good faith ahead of time. If you get caught not notifying us, we charge $100/person/night. Please be honest with your guest count.OUR DAUGHTER HAS EXTREME ALLERGIES. WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS OR SERVICE ANIMALS OF ANY TYPE. WE WILL ASK YOU TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND FOR VIOLATING OUR POLICY!
