Plenty of parking.Fire pit in front yard...allowed during low fire warning season!If you are looking for tranquility and seclusion, this is the house for you.Private patio surrounded by beautiful plants, vines and trees. Beautiful views of the Grand Mesa, Mt. Garfield and surrounding peach orchards.Patio includes BBQ grill, outdoor seating and Cafe Lights and a Hot Tub!Outdoor games make for a fun night back at the bungalow after a day of wine tasting, biking or hiking!Large master bedroom with a king bed and a twin daybed with twin trundle.Second middle bedroom with full daybed and twin trundle.OUR DAUGHTER HAS EXTREME ALLERGIES.
