It has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, Full size Laundry Room, Full Size Kitchen, Fire Place and Wifi. The large Lakeside Deck gives you the perfect spot to Bask in the Sun or watch an Amazing Sunset. The Fire Pit Deck located by the water is another great sunset view as well. Fire wood is provided. Hubbard Lake is an All Sports spring fed lake ideal for swimming, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, jet skiing, and Great Fishing. There is a restaurant on the lake (Church Hill Pointe) near North End and a Gas Station on the West Side of the lake. Bring your own watercrafts or rent a watercraft from the local Marina’s.
