Snow chains required for many roads in Lake Tahoe Basin during snow storms. Snow tires on 4 wheel drive vehicles will be allowed to pass in snow chain requirement zones. ****PLEASE BRING SNOW CHAINS FOR ALL TIRES ON VEHICLES THAT DO NOT HAVE 4WD WITH SNOW TIRES***PETS: *Pets require authorization via pet fee and pet addendum. Bringing pets that to the home that have not been requested prior to check in is strictly prohibited and may result in automatic cancelation of booking and eviction and/or additional fees. Please note that we only allow approved dogs. Cats or any other species are not permitted. Maximum of 2 pets are permitted.EVENTS: **Parties/events of any form strictly prohibited and may result in automatic cancelation of booking with eviction and/or additional fees.
