You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines. *You are only allowed 8 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have. *Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin. *Parking: 4 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are located in the rental house. *Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow. This cozy little 4 bedroom is great year round. Close to downtown, walking distance to Clyde's Coffee, easy roads in the neighborhood in the winter, and very close to Round Hill Pines Beach and Zephyr Cove Beach. The house is also walking distance to the local park. This house does NOT have a fireplace. All 4 bedrooms have a king bed. Downstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and one of them has an ensuite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms are upstairs and one of them has an ensuite bathroom.The house is pet friendly for one pet only. The back yard is NOT fully fenced in. Please do not leave your fur baby unattended and please pick up after them. There is NO a/c or hot tub. There is also no access to the garage. Min age to rent any property is 25.
