The soaring windows add natural light. Adjacent to the living room is a game room with a pool table. Off the game room is a large deck that runs the width of the home, the yard opens to trees and boulders to explore. The kitchen is well set up for chef preparing the family feast. Off the kitchen is a dining area that seats 10. The three gathering areas on the entry level make this a great family retreat. There is one bedroom and full bath on the entry level perfect for guests who don't like stairs. The living room and family room have gas fireplaces. New flooring in the family room and upstairs, new beds throughout in 2024.121 Meadow Drive is a tier 2 Vacation Rental with a maximum occupancy limit of 10 persons including children and a 3 vehicle maximum per the Douglas County NV vacation rental ordinance. The fine to the guest of record for an occupancy and/or vehicle violation is between $5,000 - $10,000, and will also result in immediate eviction without refund. Quiet hours are 9:00pm-8:00am and will be strictly enforced. No parties, weddings or gatherings allowed.The sitting room off the dining room has a flat screen TV, and gas fireplace.The first floors also includes bedroom #1 with queen bed, A bath with shower stall and laundry.
