You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.*You are only allowed 10 people at any time at the house. This includes any dinners or gatherings you may have. *Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.**Parking: 4 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house. *Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow. New Hot tub just delivered in February 2021. This 6-bedroom home is just minutes form downtown South Lake Tahoe, less than a mile walking distance to a few bars, restaurants and a coffee shop that are located on Kingsbury grade next to this home.With 2 kitchens, a great deck for BBQing, sleeping for 14, and the great location this is the perfect 6-bedroom house for your vacation.You enter into the cozy living room that has a fireplace, big screen TV and is open to the kitchen. On this level are bedroom 1 and 2 each with queen beds, TVs and a full shared bathroom in the hallway. The laundry room is in the hallway to the garage.On the second floor is the master bedroom 3 with a king bed, TV and a full private bathroom. The 4th bedroom had a bunk bed with a twin on top, full on bottom and a twin trundle. You must walk through this bedroom to enter into the 2nd kitchen and 5th bedroom area.The 2nd part of the house through bedroom 4 can be closed off to the rest of the house and you may enter through the outside stairs, this makes for a great spot for multiple families on vacation. There is a full kitchen, bedroom 5 with a queen bed and a TV, a living room with a big screen TV. There is a full shared bathroom in the hallway.An added bonus is a detached studio apartment with a mini kitchen, queen bed and a private bathroom. This is prefect for the couple who wants to vacation with the entire family but also wants their own private space. Equipped with a mini fridge, sink, microwave, TV and a coffee maker. *You are only allowed 10 people at any time at the house.
