Waterfront summer home. Sit back and soak in the views Beach cottage is located 3 miles south of Blue Hill. The cottage is on 3 acres of land and right on the waters edge. We can accomodate up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms in total. Each cottage is self contained cottage includes ac living room, kitchen and bathroom and two bedrooms. The place has four bedrooms in total. Two bathrooms. Two rooms with Double debs, two rooms with single beds. It has an open plan living room and kitchen. Gas stove, Fridge, wifi internet, a deck and outdoor seating and outdoor table, with 2 BBQ's, one gas and other wood fire on waters edge (Lobstah cook outs)....The cottages walls are not insulated, making them typical Down East rustic summer cabins. See photos. The views are amazing! The configuration of the property is set up so you have access to both cottages (multiple units) for the one price... the cottages are rustic in style which makes for the romance of the property.
