This quintessential Maine Coast town is in the Center of Everything. This home has all of the creature comforts of home as well as all of the modern necessities (eg. High Speed Internet, Charging stations, Keurig coffee maker, Laptop station in bedroom). Artworks from local artists adorn the walls of this property. The one bedroom is Large with a "Select Number and Memory foam" king bed and two Huge closets. The bathroom has a huge vanity with plenty of drawers for all of you toiletries. The large shower is equip with handrails, shower head, and Handheld shower head. A large washer and dryer are also housed in the bathroom. The main part of the home has a wide open Kitchen Dinning and Living area. The kitchen offers ALL you will need to make even the most demanding of meals. The Granite countertops and slate floor will give you the feel of attention to detail. Dinning will be a treat as the seating is ample and comfortable with a eat at kitchen option. The Living room is open with two love seat couches and modern technologies such as Streaming TV, DVD, CD. The outside of this lovely home is just as well appointed as the inside. A small deck on the back side has a gas grill and seating for 2. The small yard is tastefully landscaped with mature trees and flowering plants.
