This is the perfect home for Cornell or Ithaca College graduation or nearby destination weddings!etreat to the serenity of this Country Oasis conveniently located near Trumansburg and Ithaca, NY. Relax under the stars at the campfire after visiting the area's finest attractions, such as; Cornell University, Taughannock Falls, Buttermilk or Treman State park, Cayuga Lake Wine Trail, boating/swimming in Cayuga Lake, hiking in the Finger Lakes National Forest, biking the Black Diamond Trail, and many, many more! Only drive a few miles to rent or launch a kayak or paddleboard. Some wonderful foodie attractions such as Finger Lakes Cider House, Ithaca Ale House, Gola Osteria, Glenwood Pines, and Garrett's Brewing are all just a short drive from the house. The Country Oasis is also only 30 minutes from breathtaking Watkins Glen and beautiful Seneca Lake where even more adventure awaits you.There is a large eat-in kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances, pots, pans, dishware, silverware and a Keurig coffee maker. Washer and dryer on site. No need to bring anything other than your clothes and food- that is if you want to eat in. Living room has a large sectional couch with 3 recliners, and an additional couch, large television (fire stick), and sliding glass doors to covered, back deck. High speed Wifi throughout! Enjoy your morning cup of coffee as you watch the deer and other wildlife in the backyard..There are 3 bedrooms on the main level of the house and two bathrooms. In addition, there are 2 more bedrooms and a full bathroom downstairs in the basement (must be able to navigate a flight of stairs). Downstairs there is an Elliptical for those that like to exercise indoors. Along with a dart board, and a ping pong table for entertainment. Also in the downstairs is an additional seating area with television, DVDs, books and toys for the kiddos to play with.PLease note: We do have a dog that lives with us during the winter months. Although the home has been thoroughly cleaned, we do like to let guests know in case of allergies. Guests have complete access to the grounds and home (except some closets and the utility room), including the meadow, woods and large grassy yard behind the house.
