Dramatic Light-filled downtown Apartment! Cathedral ceilings with a spiral staircase ascending to the mezzanine office/study creates a bright, airy space with lots of natural light. Located in Ithaca's 'Northside', family-friendly neighborhood, the apartment is ideally located to explore the Commons, go for a run on the Ithaca's Waterfront Trail, shop at the Farmer's Market, or get an ice cream at Purity. There is easy access to Cornell, Ithaca College and many natural areas.Mid-century modern furnishings are featured throughout the sun-lit spaces of this second-floor apartment. The master bedroom has a queen bed; the smaller room has a single bed--making this unit most ideal for three guests. We have placed a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room in the event you need room for up to two others. No sleeping is allowed in the mezzanine! This is a safety issue and code-enforced. Please use the mezzanine for a great office (with office chair, roomy desk, computer monitor and 151 Mbps internet speed. It also makes a great yoga studio!The stairway hall is shared with one other upstairs apartment. Access to the shared outdoor deck is from the upstairs level of the hall, as is the shared washer/dryer. Please feel free to use both the deck and the laundry!
