The studio has a neat living area arrangement. * No Pets Allowed* No Smoking Inside* Open Parking* Heated Pool* Boat slip not included- Must contact Marina for slipThe studio has two queen size beds, dining area for (2), two sofa chairs , cable tv, large closet space, outdoor chairs to sit outside, fully equipped kitchenette with a stove and dishwasher. Perfect to cook small meals. Microwave and mini fridge. Blow dryer/ironing items. Very comfortable space layout for 4. We are not a hotel service- these are self-serve units, meaning that we only provide essentials upon arrival. We do not replenish or offer room service. However, we are available to assist you for emergencies or if anything is not right.Please view photos. The building is located right in front of the bay , steps from the beach, pools and restaurants. The canal water is calm, you can watch the mangroves, manatees, dolphins, sail boats, fishing boats, kayaking, paddle boarding, beautiful catamarans and pontoons peacefully riding by :) then head down to the giant Pier to get a photo at the Pier. A must! Laundry mat and vending machines in the same building! Around the corner. 10 second walk.Tiki Bar by the beach (live music daily for a couple of hours) and a full bar by the canal as well. Very easy to have a chill vacay here. This is a Caribbean-Style Family Community full of private amenities and activities for our guests!
