The guest wing has a full bathroom with a shower/tub and can be closed off by using accordion style doors. The kitchen offers new finishes, including solid surface countertops and soft-close cabinets and drawers. This unit includes washer/dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, Keurig & drip coffee makers. One covered parking space is available for this unit. Visitor spots are available for an additional vehicle. There is a Freedom Boat Club marina one mile from the condo, and several fishing charters within walking distance.PLEASE NOTE - This unit is on the 2nd Floor!
