Watch the Sunset from this Bayfront Home! (1349) This large, contemporary home located on Bound Brook Island offers privacy, beautiful water views and great sunsets over Cape Cod Bay from the deck. With 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, the property accommodates 10 comfortably. The first floor offers two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and one with two twin sized beds, while the second floor offers three bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a king, and the third with two twins. Amenities include a screened porch, satellite TV, washer/dryer and plenty of room to stretch out with the 2440 sq. ft of living space. Walk out of the house and down the stairs to a nice sandy beach and rinse off in the unenclosed outdoor shower afterwards. Internet not provided . Bring your family dog for an added $250 per dog per week fee. **PLEASE NOTE: Only 4 cars allowed. One to be parked in the garage the other three parked in front of it. Do not block access to house on right. **NOTE: Road to house is a long, dirt road for a couple miles. One lane traffic. SUV or higher clearance car recommended. 3 night minimums available in off season with an added cleaning fee. Save the cleaning fee by booking 7 or more consecutive nights. BOOK NOW!! Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.
