Large front farmers porch, Large back deck with grill, Backyard - fire pit Approx 1500 square feet Entire house & yard (not garage) Driveway has parking for 4 cars, A short walk across the bridge to Winnisquam County Store for anything you may have forgotten. They serve great breakfast sandwiches, pizza, burgers, sandwiches, etc. You can also purchase soda, beer, wine, Lobster Connection serving fresh seafood lunch/dinner &Winnisquam Creamery serving ice cream are close by. One dog allowed - $200 pet fee
