The entire house features high end furniture, a handcrafted 8.5' oak dining room table (seats up to 10), new bedding/mattresses, and two big screen TVs. The basement has a second living room equipped with a queen size sleeper sofa and walkout access to the lower patio. The second bedroom located in the basement, has two farm style queen beds with gorgeous views of the on-property light house, lake, and breathtaking sunrises. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk with a pullout twin trundle bed, perfect for families!Get in 18 holes at nearby Bayside World Class public golf course, or grab a burger and a beer at Bayside or Hooks lake bar and grill. Located just a mile away is Vans Lakeview public boat ramp and campground where you can launch your boat to enjoy a great day on the water. Semi private beach access is available through gated Lighthouse Villa property. Enjoy much less crowded beaches on the south side just 8 miles from the dam. There is plenty of room for overflow parking for your boat and trailers. You will love this location and peaceful setting. Deer, turkey, dove, and pheasant are often seen from the back deck.
