The townhouse is luxuriously outfitted so every guest has the chance to truly relax in comfort. The townhouse is located so close to the action that the ski lift nearly flies over the deck. This spot blends thrill and tranquility, making it perfect destination for unforgettable memories.• Luxurious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom townhouse that can accommodate up to 12 guests. • This townhouse offers two living areas on separate floors. The main level shares the kitchen, dining room and a rustic cozy living room, complete with a gas fireplace. This space has plenty of room for everyone to come together and share a meal and relax after a fun day. • The other level is a gamers paradise, perfect for guests to be loud and enjoy their vacation while separate from the main area, it is a perfect way to entertain everyone. • The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, thoughtfully stocked with cooking essentials and plenty of high-quality cookware. Whether you are preparing a quick meal or hosting a wholesome family gathering, this kitchen has everything you need. • The hot tub has room for four guests. It is private and only guests of 446 and available year-round. It is one of the only rentals available on the mountain that features a hot tub in such proximity to the slopes.• Great news this unit is pet friendly. To ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask that your pet be at least 1 year old, and house trained.• The master bedroom is a true haven of relaxation! It boasts a king-size bed, a cozy gas fireplace, a private bathroom with a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. Additionally, you have exclusive access to a private rear deck where you can unwind and savor the breathtaking mountain views.• The second bedroom is set up to host families or groups, offering a queen-size bed, a bunk bed complete with two full sized beds, and a pull-out trundle bed for four separate beds in this room. With its own private full bathroom, this room provides ample sleeping space for everyone.• In the third bedroom, there is another queen-size bed, accompanied by its own TV and work space. This room is far from the action so it is nice and quiet if you must take calls. There is a small desk with a computer monitor and some office supplies if needed to handle some unexpected work tasks in private. • In the fourth bedroom, there is another queen-size bed, accompanied by its own TV and outfitted with Xbox 1 with game pass. Perfect for entertaining teenage gamers all weekend. • The townhouse is set up well to stay connected to the digital world with high-speed wireless internet so you enjoy entertainment options galore. We provide five TVs throughout the townhouse, allowing you to relax and watch your favorite shows. Additionally, the Xbox One gaming system with Ultimate Game Pass will keep the gaming enthusiasts entertained.• If cleanliness is your top priority, this place stands out as second to none. The exclusive cleaning team, with over 20 years of unmatched experience, ensures a consistently high-quality space with no surprises. You can trust that your stay will be pristine with this team taking care of every detail.• The garage is well equipped to prepare even the largest groups for the ski slopes. This area is the perfect place to get ready for a winter’s day with plenty of room to get dressed in comfort and store your gear. It also doubles as a recreation area to play foosball and darts. • There is also convenient outdoor storage locker to store your skis during your trip if you need to stop in for a quick break between runs. • There is a shuttle available that runs to the resort that picks up at the front door and runs year-round for your convenience. • From Memorial Day to early October (weather dependent) guests also have access to the exclusive Southwind’s community heated outdoor pool and hot tub. • Guests have year-round access to the gym that’s located at Southwind’s community center and it is also another great location to relax and enjoy the breath-taking views of the Laural highlands in style. • Lake Tahoe is a very short walk from this location and is perfect to try out water sports in the summer or enjoy a nice evening stroll.In addition to the entire townhouse guests will have access to the gated Southwind community to enjoy. The town house has a private driveway and can park two cars and is ideally located next to overflow parking should more parking be required. Located in the gated community of Southwind's, you will have exclusive access to all its amenities. The community pool is open from May 28 to October 7, weather permitting. The gym is open year-round and offers both weights and cardo equipment. The deck at the community center is also available for guests to enjoy year-round. It is the perfect spot to enjoy possible the best view in all of the Laurel Highlands.Enjoy the convenience of the complimentary Seven Springs Shuttle service, which will pick you up right at your front door. During the ski season, the shuttle service operates 24/7, offering you the flexibility to explore the slopes and amenities at any time. Please note that the shuttle's hours of operation may vary depending on the season, so it's always a good idea to check for the most up-to-date schedule.
