Little Eventyr Tiny House of the Laurel Highlands About this spaceWe welcome well seasoned guests over the age of 21.Little Eventyr Tiny House is located in the heart of Pennsylvania’s Laurel Highlands, surrounded by nature and various attractions. Located on a private camping resort with other campers. Minutes from skiing, state parks, whitewater rafting, and the famous Fallingwater. You’ll love this tiny house and all the amenities that the private resort has to offer. Our place is a perfect getaway for couples, solo adventurers, and small families.The spaceThe 160 square foot space was custom designed and built to be a unique and luxurious tiny home away from home. The open layout features a full kitchen, spacious bathroom with rain head shower, and two sleeping lofts. Our large deck, fire pit, and grill are perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Or you can enjoy the cozy fireplace on the cold evenings spent inside. For those rainy days, the media cabinet is equipped with a DVD player, movies and board games. Our master loft features a comfy queen-sized bed, and our 2nd loft features a full size bed. There is an additional twin fold out futon on the main floor. Our space is ideal for 2-3 guests, but will sleep up to 4 if you don't mind close quarters when indoors. There is ample space outside the house.Guest accessEasy check in at the front gate with 24-7 security and access to the tiny house via keyless entry and unique code. Check in available any time after 3 PM.When exiting the tiny house, you can simply press one button on the keypad to lock up.All of the amenities at the year round private resort, including a pool, clubhouse, mini golf, and much more are available for our guests to enjoy. Equipment for the amenities can be borrowed from the resort store or gatehouse. Dedicated parking in front of the tiny house.Other things to noteLike most tiny houses, our cozy sleeping lofts are accessed by steep stairs or a ladder. This may not be suitable for small children or anyone who may have difficulty climbing. For safety reasons all loft access ladders have a strict 250 pound weight limit. Sleep cozily at your own risk.NO parties, events or loud music on property for the sake of our neighbors! While we encourage you to have fun, we kindly ask that you are courteous to your neighbors and observe the quiet hours between 11 pm and 9 am.There is a VERY strict 5 mph speed limit within the resort at all times. Guests who do not obey the speed limit can be fined or asked to leave.Please ensure you understand our strict cancellation policy before booking. In addition, alterations for future dates or shortening your stay will not be accepted.Firewood is available for purchase at the gatehouse or you may bring your own.
