There are several restaurant/ bars within walking distance along with a neighborhood grocery store and a Casey's gas station as well. Neighborhood is quiet and easily accessible to the interstate and downtown area. This is a non smoking home. pets are allowed as long as pet fees are paid. Washer and dryer are included at this property. this property also has two bicycles and a fire pit for use. please message me for details.
