This home is right around the corner from the Soda Springs Ski Area and just down the road from Boreal Ridge, with Northstar and Squaw Valley about 21 miles away. In the summer, travel just seven miles to Donner Lake and only two miles to the Serene Lakes for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, fishing, and just plain relaxing. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
