Warmer evenings can be spent on the wraparound deck in the summer breeze with a drink in hand and chilly winter nights will be perfectly cozy next to the warmth of the wood stove! The private hot tub is perfect any time of year, of course.What's nearby:Located in tranquil PlaVada, summer visitors will have access to two different community river spots to conveniently lounge and play in the sunshine. Other summertime activities include hiking at the various lakes and ridges in the area. Come winter, the ski lovers will have unlimited ways to make the most of fresh powder with easy access to Sugar Bowl (eight miles) and Boreal (six miles). Not to mention, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing are also great ways to experience great trails. Plus, a day trip to Truckee or Lake Tahoe is just 16 and 25 miles away respectively (15-minute drive by car).
