Cozy Country Home 5 min from Proctor Lake and Par Country Club. Fun, quiet, open area… plenty of run around room outside for the kids.. plenty of space to park and to turn around. One car garage with a Tesla charger. There is a charcoal grill and a large griddle for cookouts and fire pit to sit around and enjoy your company. Comanche is only 10 min away with several places to eat, including our own famous “Harvest Restaurant” with Chef Todd Sanders who has been on “The Bucket List” and don’t forget to check out Stone Eagle Beer Garden it is a great fun place to hang out and kids are welcome… There are many different events that happen through out the year. Rodeos, parades, Christmas light show and our famous Pow Wow….Plus, several wineries to enjoy. Stephenville is about 20 min away with more eating options to choose from and several planned events happening either with Tarleton or the city of Stephenville. There is always hunting time too. There is plenty of wildlife to see.
