Fabulous private mountain home with great views perfect for family gatherings. Luxury home with 5 Bedrooms, 2 master suites, 4 Bathrooms, a game room with pool table and bar, and a 77" flatscreen TV with a Sonos sound system. There is also a separate game room for those who enjoy video games. You will enjoy climbing out of that warm bed onto the heated floor. No cold feet here! We have beautiful views from every room in the house, and from our outdoor spaces. You can enjoy the outdoor space with five separate and private lounge areas. The grounds include a stone patio, a fabulous hot tub, 4 fire pits, hammock, outside bar, and ten acres to explore. Enjoy each season sitting around the fire pits taking in the wildlife, sunrises and sunsets, or just enjoy the high mountain air with friends or family. The Milky Way is frequently visible and a telescope is available for you star gazers. We are close to ATV parks, tourist attractions and restaurants. It is an easy drive to the top of Pikes Peak, Breckenridge, Keystone, the Royal Gorge, Garden of the Gods, and Manitou Springs where you can access the Cog Railroad to get to the top of America's Mountain. All four seasons are amazing here. During the winter months you will have access to a great sled or toboggan run right on the property. The dark winter night sky is great for star star gazing or huddling up around a fire pit with a warming drink. Winter views can be so beautiful and peaceful with a fresh blanket of snow.Spring and summer bring a lot of wildlife such as deer, elk, wild turkeys, and more humming birds than you have probably ever seen. The summer bright green color of the Aspen trees contrasted against the forest is amazing. We constructed two of the outdoor areas to meander through an Aspen grove. It is so peaceful,, and the fall colors are amazing.Don't worry about snow removal. We will have you covered! We can remove the snow from both driveways, the deck and patio while respecting your privacy. Just let us know; perhaps you would like to leave the snow untouched. Your vacation, your call.
