We are situated on the beachside of Seaside Avenue about 100 yards from the beach. The beach is accessed by a private raised boardwalk and sitting area that is great for an evening glass of wine or a morning cup of coffee.The spaceMy parents (Peter and Mary) have been renting this apartment for over 40 years to families vacationing at Kinney Shores. My wife (Jodi) and I (Ben) are now managing the rental for them. This property is part of a small neighborhood of 6 houses that all share a private boardwalk and beach. This is our first time on VRBO as our previous rental manager has retired. It sells out every year and our renters have always left happy and many of them come back every summer. We look forward to hosting you and continuing my parent's tradition of sharing the beautiful Kinney Shores beach.Guest accessThe apartment is attached to a larger house that my parents currently live in.
