There is a newly installed Pickle Ball court out the back door with 2 fire pits and room to stretch your legs! This historic home is celebrating it's 100 year anniversary! It has been fully remodeled with a kitchen, laundry room, master bedroom and loft. The spacious kitchen has large island with beautiful views from every window. Our home has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with a large loft/ game room and study. The home has ample parking outside. Family room is great for entertaining or relaxing, watching a movie or a game on the large 80" tv. Large wooden deck outside is shaded by a large walnut tree with a BBQ and a wrap around bench to enjoy the unobstructed views of the mountains and wildlife. 6 person hot tub out the master suite for easy access and great views of the mountains.
