This house is 1 block from our city treasure, Bidwell Park. It sits on one acre which is fully landscaped. Bring your tennis rackets. The Tennis court was just resurfaced and a regulation fence is surrounding the court. The yard is also fully fenced perfect for your pets. The gazebo by the tennis courts is a favorite.
