Featuring 5 bedrooms and at over 2500 sq feet, this property has room for all. Not to mention the lovely gas fireplace, full kitchen, bbq, plus indoor and outdoor games for the whole family to enjoy. There is even parking for up to 5 vehicles! (garage access is not available). No matter if the fish are biting or not, your group is sure to love the Fisherman's Cove Retreat. Maximum occupancy is 16, which includes children & infants of any age. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY LIMIT IS FIRM.You must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking to reserve this property. AGE RESTRICTION IS FIRM.GATHERINGS:No large gatherings permitted. A maximum of 6 people (including children & infants) permitted on the property premises, never to exceed 6 at any given time; (if the maximum occupancy limit has been reached, additional day/visitor guests will not be allowed).PETS/ANIMALS:No pets.No animals.No exceptions.PET POLICY IS FIRM.LINENS:Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, pillows are provided for guest use.Beach towels are not provided.OUTDOOR FIRES:Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited on the premises.GAS BBQ:Propane not included. Guests may order a propane tank on the Temporary Resident Registration form (guest list) for a fee. The Marina Beach is the largest most popular beach and offers: an expansivesandy beach & lawn area, designated swimming area, BBQ pits, picnic benches, snackshack, and the sailboat / kayak / paddle board / paddle boat rentals. Beaches are openduring the summer months only. Golf course is open year-round.6. Past guests have loved the property so much they often want to celebrate specialmoments here, but please no confetti. Cleanup after celebrations is not included in thedeparture cleaning fee. Guests will pay an extra cleaning fee if housekeeping must cleanany celebration debris.7.
