In summer sit on the porch swing and rock with the sounds of nature, plus you are clos to all the amenities of Pine Mountain Lake such as the community pool and golf course. In the colder months a smart TV and wifi (not to mention the wood burning fireplace) offer the perfect place to get cozy and at only 25 miles to Yosemite National Park you can spend the day or just an hour or two exploring. The maximum occupancy is firm and must include all occupants of any age includinginfants. In addition no large gatherings are permitted. The maximum occupancynumber includes children & infants.2. The age restriction is firm - if you have booked this property and are under the age of 25please cancel immediately. A copy of your driver's license may be required to confirmoccupant age.3. GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS ARE REQUIRED BY HOMEOWNERSASSOCIATION: Pine Mountain Lake HOA currently charges $46 per vehicle (one timefee) to enter the gated community with 24 hour security. The entire fee goes to PMLHOA. Please note this price is subject to change without notice. Access permits arenon-refundable. A stay of 8+ nights will require additional fees as per PMLA.Yosemite Region Resorts has no control over this fee and is not affiliated with PineMountain Lake or any local venues.
