Lakeside Living! Enjoy a beautiful sandy beach, Eau Claire Area Welcome to the Pinebrook Lodge in northwestern Wisconsin! Enjoy a traditional log cabin feel with modern furnishings and updates throughout. Our cabin is on Lake Eau Claire, an 870 acre lake with public boat access down the road approximately 1/2 mile. The lot features mature trees and a tranquil creek just a few steps from the front door. The property is almost 2 acres, with dense trees along both sides, all the way down to the beach for excellent privacy! The front area of lot is flat and the back has a gentle slope down to the sandy beach. There’s a fire pit at the beach and another one by the cabin. Enjoy all the outdoors has to offer - swimming, fishing, 4 wheeling, hiking, snowmobiling, ice fishing and more! We even have a nice setup for a friendly game of volleyball on the beach and other yard games! Whether relaxing by the wood burning fireplace or enjoying the outdoors, The Pinebrook Lodge is a gem! Highlights Include: - Approx 200 ft of sandy shoreline - Central A/C - Well behaved dogs welcome (2 max) - Large area for parking vehicles & trailers - Fire pit by beach and another by cabin - ATV trails easily accessed nearby. Cabin is on ATV approved roads. - Snowmobile trails nearby, right off the lake! - 2 Canoes - 4 Kayaks - 2 Stand Up Paddle boards - Public boat access just down the road approximately 1/2 mile - Dock on propertyThe main living area is in the log cabin portion of cabin with large log beams and cathedral ceilings. Enjoy a wood burning fire, and plenty of space to relax after having fun on the lake or on the trails. The main living area also features a 55” Smart TV with YouTube Live TV, including local channels, or streaming options if you have your own subscription. Bedroom Configuration: - Bedroom 1: King Bed, 43” Smart TV - Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed - Bedroom 3: 1 Queen over Queen bunk bed with plenty of headspace on bottom bunk too, and 1 Twin BedEnjoy eating at our 8 foot dining table with plenty of seating. Our kitchen is equipped with an 18” dishwasher to accommodate most of your dish ware. Basic spices, ground coffee, tea, sugar & cooking oil is provided. Both a propane and a charcoal grill is available for guests to enjoy. Propane is provided. Please bring your own charcoal if you prefer charcoal grill. Firewood not provided. Firewood can be purchased at The Woodland Country Store or from private sellers just south of cabin on County Road OO.Bed linens and towels provided. **Please bring your own beach towels to take to the water. Washer and dryer provided.** Seasonal notes:The dock is removed October through sometime mid-later May. Please inquire about dock if booking during a transition period. Life jackets are provided.Distances: * Chippewa Falls & Eau Claire approximately 25-30 minutes * Twin Cities approximately 2 hours * Madison approximately 3 hours * Milwaukee approximately 3.5 hours
