Our cabin is adjacent to a 37-acre private nature preserve, with plenty of hiking trails and areas to explore.We often take our three little kids and dog to the cabin with us, so we're very family- and dog-friendly. Unfortunately we don't allow cats (we're allergic).Beyond the cabin itself, you’re about 20 minutes away from nearly countless wilderness attractions, including whitewater rafting at Pleasantdale’s Tearcoat Creek, lake swimming at Buffalo Gap Retreat in Capon Bridge, and hunting and fishing within the 400-acre forest of the Edwards Run Wildlife Management Area.
