Look for PARK SIDE studio (front unit #1) if this isn't available.THE KITCHEN-Full sized fridge-Four burner stove-Microwave-Toaster-Keurig Coffee Machine-Dishwasher-Cooking utensilsTHE BED-Queen sized bed-All bedding/pillows providedTHE BATH-Full bath with shower/tub-Blow dryer-Toilet paper/Hand SoapTHE LIVING SPACE-Large T.V./ Roku-WIFI-Two chairs to sit in to watch TV-Table with bar chairs to enjoy meals at-Washer/dryer-Iron/Ironing BoardAccess to the SANCTUARY STUDIO (Unit #2) is through the back. There is a parking space near your door for you. You have full access to the studio including the washer/dryer in your unit.Welcome information will be sent to you once you book the SANCTUARY STUDIO. On the day of check-in you will receive both check-in and check-out instructions. You will receive your personal key-code through the Airbnb app when the studio is ready for your arrival.Check Out: 11AM. A checkout fee of $20 per 30 minutes past 11AM will be applied.Pet Fee: $40 & must be paid 24 hours prior to check-in.*PLEASE NOTE**You must be able to climb stairs as there are TWO Stairs leading up to the porch landing.*There is a potential for noise during times of heavy traffic as the studio is located on the service drive of I-696.*Host is not responsible for any third-party outages such as electricity, water, and internet due to weather or construction.
