This house is the prime location with a huge fenced in double lot for your kids and dog to play. 1/2 block to the main drag full of restaurants, coffee shops and entertainment. Our favorites are City on the Hill for coffee and breakfast burritos and Treeline Kitchen for dinner and drinks. A hop, skip, and a jump to the starting line for the Leadville Race Series. Tons of parking space available on site. We've kept the old Victorian charm and met the house with an "old meets new" kinda vibe. 2 bedrooms (1 king bed, 2 twin beds, and blow-up beds galore) 1 bath with the original claw foot tub. Huge stain glass windows light up the house which add to the light and bright feel we've got going. Restored original barn wood floors, doors, farmhouse sink, and you'll see the three original chimneys in the house. Huge backyard with gorgeous mountain views, gas grill, fire pit, and southern exposure. Check out the "barn" in the back that was the original home that was on the property.
