Enjoy the gorgeous views and unique architectural features.The Space:Enter into this modern luxurious home with a large well equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, dining area, and comfortable living room and fireplace. The master ensuite is also on the main level with a jetted tub and private sitting area and a private outdoor patio. Upstairs you will find the perfect place to watch a movie or play games.Head downstairs for another bonus room with movies, games, and the remaining 4 bedrooms and bathroom with large shower. Access to the separate one bed/bath apartment with its own kitchen, dining, and living room available upon request. There is ample indoor as well as outdoor space with a lovely patio and yard!Additional amenities include yard games and a ping pong table located in the garage (there is a wall heater that can be turned on during use). Take advantage of the gym room located above the garage.Guest Access:You will have access to the entire home, yard, garage space (although you are not able to park in the garage), and gym room.The Neighborhood:This home is located in Clancy, just 10 minutes from downtown Helena. You would do best with 4 wheel drive in the winter to get up the hill.Interaction with Guests:The place is all yours, but we are just a message away if you need anything!
