The private lot is located on King's Bay and is popular for all water sports and fishing! Four kayaks are included with the home rental. This home also offers a dock that is approximately 30 feet long with 4+ feet of water midway out. Water shoes are recommended for swimming as the shoreline is rocky.This home has 2 bedrooms and a loft. Bedroom 1 downstairs features a Queen bed; Upstairs bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and sliding glass doors with a balcony and a view of the water; Bedroom 3 is a loft and features 1 Queen bed and a Twin. There is a well-appointed kitchen. This home also offers a Roku Smart TV with local channels, Wi-Fi, DVD, board games and puzzles. Hosting a large family reunion or gathering? Our Whispering Loon property is located directly across the street and can comfortably sleep 10. If you are coming to Drummond Island to ride the trails, you will need to trailer to the trailhead from this home. Side x Side’s and ATV’s are NOT permitted on M134/Channel Road. · If you are making this reservation within 24 hours of arrival please call for check in instructions.· Check-In after 4 PM. Check-Out by 9 AM. Check in at Drummond Island Hotel & Vacation Homes at 34834 S Townline Road.
